Leadership Public Schools (hereinafter referred to as the School Food Authority or SFA) is requesting proposals for Vended Meal Service for the 2025-26 school year from qualified School  Food Service Companies (Vendor). Link to Download full RPF

RESPONSE DATE AND DELIVERY

School Food Service Companies should submit proposals by 5:00 PM PST on May 12, 2025. One (1) labeled, signed original and/or one (1) electronic copy of the proposal should be submitted.

Any proposal submitted after the 5:00 PM PST on May 12, 2025 will not be accepted by the SFA  and automatically disqualified from the bid process.

PURPOSE

This solicitation is to secure a contract for the operation of a vended food service program  providing breakfast and lunch at Leadership Public Schools for school year 2025-26, with the  option, by mutual agreement, for four (4) one-year extensions.

Respondents should not construe from this legal notice that the SFA intends to enter a fixed-price contract with the Respondent unless, in the opinion of the SFA, it is in the best interest of the SFA  to do so. The SFA reserves the right to negotiate final contractual terms with the successful  Respondent.

The SFA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any errors or corrections in a proposal or in the proposal process. The SFA will award the contract based on a review and  analysis of the proposals that determines which proposal best meets the needs of the SFA.
