TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

Please contact the school directly if you are requesting a copy of your transcript or other student record. Student records are not public records and must be requested by the student or parent/guardian if the student is under 18 years of age. When a student is over 18 years of age, no one other than the student may pick up his/her transcript without their written authorization.

LPS has five business days to provide the transcript or records pursuant to Section 49069 of the California Ed Code.

Request Requirements

In order to receive a copy of the transcript the following information will be needed:

  1. Letter of request with their signature
  2. Copy of valid driver’s license or California ID
  3. Additional information needed with request:
    • Students full name
    • Date of Birth
    • Year of Graduation
    • Name of High School last attended

Current Students, Recent Grads & Education/Grad Verification - Who to Contact

If you are a current student, parent/guardian of a student, LPS alumni within the past year, or a post-secondary education institution please contact the school’s college counselor directly.

Past/Graduated Students Before June 2020 - Who to Contact

For students who have either attended LPS in the past or have graduated before June 2020 please contact Taliyah Kelly.
